WORK PACKAGE 1

The following activities were carried out as part of Work Package 1:

• Establishment of the three-member Project Management Committee.
• Regular meetings of the Project Management Committee.
• Development of an internal database system for project management.
• Coordination of project activities.
• Monitoring of project implementation progress in relation to objectives, budget, and timelines.
• Monitoring of the progress of deliverables for the Work Packages.
