Assistant Professor of Modelling, Control and Fault Diagnosis in Production Processes

D. G. Fragkoulis is with the Department of Digital Industry Technologies of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens where he is Assistant Professor of Modelling, Control and Fault Diagnosis in Production Processes. He is member of the Robotics, Automatic Control and Cyber-Physical Systems Laboratory. He holds a bachelor's degree in Automation from Technological Institute of Piraeus, an MSc degree in Automatic Control, Informatics and Decision Support Systems and a PhD Degree in Automatic Control both from Paul Sabatier University,Toulouse, France. He has published over 100 scholarly articles in journals and conferences. His current research interests include fault diagnosis, supervisor control, industrial control, process modeling and cyberphysical systems. He received the "2023 Olympiad Medal" (International Olympiad Committee in Engineering Science) and the 2024 Best Paper award (Springer Int. Conf. on Frontiers of Artificial Intelligence, Ethics, and Multidisciplinary Applications).
