Maria P. Tzamtzi 
Professor of Automatic Control Systems

M. P. Tzamtzi is with the Department of Digital Industry Technologies of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens where she is Professor of Automatic Control. She has served as Deputy Rector of the Technological Education Institute of Halkis, member of the Quality Assurance Unit, Head of the Department of Automation Engineering and Member of the Steering Committee of the Post Graduate Program “Advanced Control Systems and Robotics”.  She has published over 80 research papers in journals, conferences and edited books. Her current research interests include robust control, control of nonlinear systems, robot control systems, industrial control and supervisory control. She received the "2023 Olympiad Medal" (International Olympiad Committee in Engineering Science).
